3. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR THE BUYER TO RECEIVE THEIR ORDER?
On average, we’re able to ship your order from our warehouse in about 3-10 business days. Domestic shipping can be completed within 5-10 business days, while international shipments take 10-21 business days. However, temporarily due to the COVID 19 pandemic and high demand from customers, carriers might need an additional 10-14 days to deliver packages.
4. CAN THE ORDER BE DELIVERED TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?
If you need to ship orders to more than one address due to a unique situation, please place separate orders.
5. DO YOU OFFER DELIVERY TO PO BOXES OR MILITARY APO/FPO ADDRESSES?
Yes, we can send orders to PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses.
6. WILL I BE CHARGED VAT TAXES?
Items that are shipped internationally from the US will be labeled DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). All taxes, duties, and customs fees are the responsibility of the receiver. Depending on the receiving country, packages may incur local customs or VAT charges. Open your shipment on arrival to prepare for these charges, if possible. 7. THE WRONG ADDRESS, LOST ORDERS
We’re sorry but we can’t change the shipping address for an order after it has been shipped. Please check your information carefully when you place an order to avoid any issues.
